Hi, I am Sue, I own The Flowersmith and have done so since 2014. I trained as a Florist in England before moving to Wellington with my husband and boys in 2001. I worked as a Florist in Thorndon for 6 years before training in Horticulture at Weltec and running my own gardening business. I then went on to buy The Flowersmith business in 2014 and now I am working with what I love — flowers, and creating beautiful arrangements.
The Flowersmith is a Wellington-based silk floral and planter rental company providing affordable, quality seasonal silk flower arrangements, custom-made to your requirements giving a great alternative to costly fresh flowers for any corporate or domestic situation. My background in floristry enables me to design lovely arrangements for any situation. I only use the most realistic flowers and usually make the arrangements seasonal, just as they would be made in a florist.
